HASE Warranty Policy

Helicopter Accessory Service East, Inc. offers a 100% warranty on our workmanship and materials, based on the following schedule:

1. For Hydraulic Accessories with a TBO, the warranty is 25% of that TBO.

2. For Hydraulic Accessories without a TBO, the warranty is 300 hours.

Any unit having fewer than the above designated hours and less than twelve months elapsed time since overhaul, may be forwarded to H.A.S.E. for warranty repair. Units having more hours than designated and more than one year since overhaul, may be forwarded to H.A.S.E. for time continued repairs. Helicopter Accessory Service East, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential charges, damages nor the warranty on any assembly which has been misused, neglected or subjected to accident.
