Normal Overhaul provides a completely overhauled unit that is approved for return to service. The work is accomplished in accordance with the latest manufacturers specifications and includes 100% replacement of all seals, lapping control valve(s), re-lapping of poppets and seats, honing of pistons and cylinders, re-anodizing, replacement of bolts and bushings where indicated, non-destructive testing, assembly and test, and labor. Modifications and major parts beyond salvage are billed separately when required. Any changes beyond the normal cost will be advised prior to proceeding with required work. The above policy assures the lowest possible overall price for the operator.

 SEAL CHANGE

Seal changes provide 100% replacement of all seals and minor rework to major components. The billing will be materials plus labor charges. Any charges beyond the seal change cost will be advised prior to proceeding with required work.

 EXCHANGE UNITS

All exchange units are inspected, disassembled, and reassembled in accordance with the manufacturer's most current specifications. HASE strives to keep units available for immediate delivery but due to the high volume of exchange orders; it is highly recommended that you call one to two days in advance.

In order to give the customer the best pricing, major component parts and modifications are not averaged into the exchange price. They are billed back after the core is received and evaluated. In this way the customer is not continually paying for modifications that have already been performed, or for parts that are not needed. All cores are accepted as exchange credit. The condition of the units will determine whether additional billing is required.
